The Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Dublin 

Supplied & fit the new commercial kitchen and bar areas including all cooking/refrigeration equipment. Manufactured and installed a bespoke cocktail system with bar requirements made to meet the customers wishes. Stainless steel wall cladding, extraction and supply of air ventilation systems by Gecko.

Center Parcs, Longford 

Supply and fit all cooking equipment including all bespoke made stainless units. We have supplied top quality Mareno cooking equipment, Lainox combi-ovens and Williams refrigeration. Bar units were manufactured to the customers requirements to create the unique "Cara's Bar".

Yeah Burgr, Drogheda & Wexford 

Full kitchen fit out including cooking, refrigeration and ventilation equipment along with bespoke made stainless steel units in both locations; Drogheda and Wexford.

Doolally, Dublin 

Supply & fit new commercial Indian kitchen including all cooking and refrigeration equipment. bar units manufactured to customers requirements and spec. Extraction and supply air systems by Gecko. Bespoke, custom made brass pass with heated lamps.

Elephant and Castle, Monkstown 

Supply & fit new commercial kitchen including all cooking/refrigeration equipment, bar counters, wall cladding, extraction and supply air systems.

Allergen, Westport 

Supply & fit new bespoke servery for the staff restaurant. Gecko supplied all cooking and refrigeration equipment including heated and refrigerated drop in units. Stainless steel wall cladding and granite worktop also supplied along with the extraction and supply air systems.

The Mayson Hotel, Dublin 

Updated the existing pub – The Bottle Boy, giving it a complete revamp with a full bar fit out. As well as fitting the bespoke bars throughout the hotel. Supply and fit of full kitchen with serve over, which includes a custom made wood burning clay oven as a feature piece to the high-end kitchen. Extraction and ventilation throughout the hotel was also supplied and installed by Gecko.

Mackenzies, Grand Canal Dock

Supply and fit of the extraction and air ventilation systems throughout the kitchen and restaurant. 

Bison Bar, Wellington Quay 

Full kitchen revamp including rerouting of duct work and canopy. Supply and fit all new cooking, refrigeration and stainless steel equipment.

Mister S, Dublin

Full kitchen fit out and ventilation by Gecko. Bespoke wood burning smoker grill made to  fit customers needs. 

Perpetua Gym, The Docklands

Supply and fit of the ventilation and extraction throughout the gym.

Tenoo, Dunshaughlin 

Complete fit out of all new commercial cooking, refrigeration and stainless steel equipment. Supply and fit of entire extraction and ventilation systems.

Centra, Ratoath

Supplied and fit of ventilation systems. Equipped the kitchen with Lainox combi ovens, microwaves, toasters and stainless steel prep tables with mid and base shelves.
