Delivery
If an order is placed by a customer and accepted by Gecko Catering Equipment before 3pm on a working day (a working day being any day other than weekends and bank/public holidays), stocked products are usually delivered within 48 hours from the time of acceptance of the order within the mainland of the Republic of Ireland (excluding certain remote areas). Large or fragile items may take longer. Delivery times are stated as a guideline and are subject to change.
Offshore/remote deliveries will usually be dispatched as soon as possible however the actual delivery time cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on the delivery location.
Gecko Catering Equipment will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery estimates in all cases however Catering Equipment cannot be held liable for any loss or damage due to delay in delivery.
Goods delivered are used, stored and installed at the customer's own risk and Gecko Catering Equipment will not be liable for any damage, loss or disruption caused by the same. Where installation/disconnection services have been ordered by the customer, further charges, terms and conditions may apply as communicated by Gecko Catering Equipment to the customer before delivery.
All large machinery, refrigeration and flat packed goods are delivered to the front door of ground floor locations only. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items. The delivery person/driver may at his/her discretion assist with delivering the Goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customer's sole risk.
Some of our larger products (such as refrigerated cabinets) are not stocked and may be delivered directly to you from our supplier.
Returns
Gecko Catering Equipment operates a 30 day money back guarantee for its products. Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange all items in stock at time of purchase, if it is in full resaleable condition.
Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. Please note: for large items, a restocking fee may apply.
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery. In the unlikely event that this may occur, please call us on 01 8019090 to obtain details on how to return your product.
