The Turbofan convection oven range has been developed in response to the growing demand for bake-fresh-daily and convenience food production in commercial kitchens. Designed for foodservice operations that require reliable, repeatable baking performance, Turbofan ovens offer flexible configurations to suit a wide range of kitchen layouts and production volumes.

Blue Seal Evolution Series fryers are engineered for high-output commercial kitchens where frying performance and energy efficiency are critical. Available in 400mm, 450mm and 600mm widths, with single or twin pan configurations, the range offers flexibility for different production volumes and cookline layouts. Gas models incorporate Blue Seal’s patented Vee Ray infra-red burner technology, delivering powerful, direct heat transfer for fast oil temperature recovery, improved frying output and reduced energy consumption compared to conventional blue flame systems.

Blue Seal Evolution Series chargrills are designed to deliver an authentic barbecue cooking experience in demanding foodservice environments. Heavy-duty cast-iron grates provide intense radiant heat, allowing products to be quickly sealed and flavoured, while the range’s powerful stainless steel burners deliver consistent, high heat output across the cooking surface. This makes Blue Seal chargrills particularly well suited to steak, burger and grill-focused menus operating at volume.

Blue Seal Evolution Series salamanders utilise infra-red burner technology to provide efficient, responsive heat for finishing, grilling and browning applications. Unlike traditional blue flame salamanders, infra-red burners direct a greater proportion of heat onto the cooking surface, allowing faster heat-up times and improved energy efficiency. This level of control supports precise finishing and consistent presentation during busy service periods.
