An electronic Cream Machine for the counter with a tray with a capacity of 3 liters ,
for professional use in demanding ice cream parlors and pastry shops that require a
larger production autonomy. He is a CARPIGIANI gear pump (patented) fitted and may,
in its cream tub with a high capacity of a small removable tray with a capacity of
1.9 liters (optional) add. The electronic control panel includes the start button,
the digital control of temperature of the cream in the tub and the control knob for
