Gecko Catering Equipment was chosen to renovate the 25 year old kitchen, giving it a complete make-over from top to toe.

Measuring and fitting the kitchen, installing extraction & ventilation systems and supplying the kitchen's catering equipment, Gecko completed this project from start to finish. Some of the kitchen equipment installed includes top-of-the-range combi-ovens, cook tops and grills. The staff have been provided with live cooking demonstrations to learn how to use the equipment to it's maximum potential.
