Dollard and Co, Wellington Quay

Full kitchen fit out including cooking, refrigeration, ventilation equipment, bespoke made stainless steel units and the large wood fired pizza oven. All refrigeration including butchers, cheese, deli counters and all grab and go units were supplied by Gecko. Our fit out also included the prep kitchen in the basement which supplies Dollard and Co., this included all cooking, refrigeration and ventilation equipment. (View virtual tour)
