CAD Designer Job Spec

We are looking for an innovative and imaginative CAD Designer to join our design department in a commercial catering equipment company.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a leading catering supplier with an opportunity to progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ability to design and plan layouts of commercial kitchen – Training will be provided
• Produce drawings for mechanical & electrical services
• Use software to create design plans
• Be fully compliant with quality standards in CAD drawings
• Responsibility & ability to deliver on project deadlines in a strict timelines
• Provide quotations from prepared drawings & tenders

Requirements

• Relevant catering equipment design experience would be helpful but not essential as training will be provided
• Ability to deal with clients, architects and engineers
• 2/3 years CAD experience in 2D/3D, BIM & Renders Using Sketch Up
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Creative Flair
• Ability to work with a team
• Strong Communication & high attention to detail

Role: Full time permanent

Salary: Dependent on Experience
