The Dean Hotel, Cork

Cork City welcomes the Press-Up Group with open arms as it officially opens it's doors of the Dean Hotel today.  

This stylish, 6 floor hotel was designed by interior designers O’Donnell O’Neill as a replica of the renowned Dean Hotel, Dublin, right down to the famous "Sophie's" swings. 

The modern rooftop restaurant seats 150 diners, amazing food, cocktails and plenty of open air dining options with panoramic views over the River Lee and the city

Gecko completed a full fit out and installation of the bar and kitchen areas, making this one of the biggest jobs to date. We installed a sleek open cookline including top brands such as Mareno, Lainox and Hoshizaki to name a few.

With contemporary sister hotels including The Devlin in Ranelagh, The Mayson on North Wall Quay and the Glasson Lakehouse in Co Westmeath, The Dean, Cork is sure to be a hit with the tourists and the locals. 

We are excited to be chosen to fit out these spectacular locations and look forward to begin working on The Dean, Galway which is set to open in Galway City in 2021.
